At Tribal Breath we live and breathe this method; for the past 2 and a half years we have been sleeping outdoors in our tree house. This allows us a perspective on the benefits of fresh air and a more natural way of living. All roads lead within, if you really want to soar, explore deep within to find your own version of strong, happy, healthy.

About Phil & Kathy :

Phil - I am Phil, Founder and MD at Tribal Breath. I am a Certified Wim Hof Method instructor and fully committed to the Method and it's 3 pillars. For 5 years, I have incorporated the Wim Hof Method into my daily routine. I was introduced to the method through wild winter swimming. I invite you to come for a fun-loving and hyperactive experience.

Kathy - I am Kathy, Co-Founder at Tribal Breath. I am a Certified Wim Hof Method instructor, and the Yin to Phil's Yang. Taking the calm path with breathwork and cold exposure. No body shock. Taking it easy.
