Hamstrings Immersion Weekend

Have you ever been fascinated by your relationship with hamstrings? If not yours then maybe someone else\'s?

Have you ever become curious as to why some hamstrings open easily and some take a different timeline to make even what appears like the smallest shift?

This weekend explores the hamstrings in:

- standing poses

- wall poses

- inversions

- partner yoga

- verbal cueing

- hands on assists

- bodywork

1-2.30pm break

2.30-5pm Assists and cueing for the hamstrings

Sunday

11am-1pm - A Series of Hamstring Vignettes
