About the class
See how the Yogis saw meditation. Learn a super simple Samatha (calm abiding) meditation technique with Ian that you can use every day.
Patanjali lays out a clear path to meditation in his yoga Sutras text. Learn that path, what it means, and a super simple practice to takeaway.
Meditation practice is simple, sticking to it is hard. Let’s at least iron out the first point.
This is part of our Tiny Workshops programme. A tiny talk every other week online to keep you going through lockdown. More than anything, a chance to chat over a topic and a cup of tea.
Talks are about 30mins, with the rest of the time for discussion and questions - stay for what you want to.
These sessions are included in usual old_passes.
** PRACTICAL BITS **
Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to
wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
