Yoga became a big part of Nikki's life when she was looking for ways to benefit her mental and emotional wellbeing. Having heard that yoga could be beneficial, she started practicing online, before eventually taking a class with her first teacher. Ever since that first class Nikki was hooked and began weaving yogic practices into her everyday life.
After experiencing first hand how truly life changing this practice can be, Nikki travelled to India to learn all about the practice and complete her teacher training. Since undertaking this first training, Nikki has made it her life’s purpose to share this with others so that they too can use the magic of yoga to destress, reconnect with themselves, and improve their mental and physical wellbeing.
From Nikki's classes you can expect fluid, mindful movements with a deep awareness of the breath. She will encourage you to take a gentle step outside your comfort zone to explore different shapes and sensations, whilst remaining mindful of how the movements feel within.
