About the class

A welcoming Gentle Yoga (Hatha) practice with attention to alignment and posture.
Using Mindfulness and movement with the breath, we can release tension in the body and mind .
 
Finding the right balance between effort and ease in each pose, we learn to listen to our bodies and tune into the breath to help create peace from within.

** PRACTICAL BITS **

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.

Please note workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously, we will take account of exceptional circumstances. If you have chosen to pay in instalments, payments to completion will still be due.
