About the class

Come solo, invite a friend, or bring a family member. Leave feeling grounded and connected to your breath, your body, and your yoga partner.

Let’s explore the yoga postures in a paired practice, using each other for support, to gain deeper understanding of our own yoga.

This two-hour workshop invites you to experience the practice in a fresh way – through trust, support and presence – whilst leaving space for lightness and laughter. This practice invites safe and supportive physical touch that deepens awareness and trust between participants. Together we will explore accessible stretches, supportive postures and simple breath practices that encourage balance and connection.

No yoga experience is needed, with the focus on sharing a practice and exploration rather than perfecting challenging poses. No inversions or acrobatics – just approachable movements that open the door to presence, awareness and the joy of moving together.

** PRACTICAL BITS **

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.

Please note workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously, we will take account of exceptional circumstances. If you have chosen to pay in instalments, payments to completion will still be due.
