About the class

Join Ren (yoga + meditation facilitator and tattoo artist) and Daisy (holistic creative therapist) for a two-hour workshop weaving together rest, reflection, and creative expression.

We’ll begin with Ren guiding you through a restorative, somatic practice — a blend of meditation, gentle movement, and nervous system regulation. You’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and notice the quiet language of your body: the way your breath moves, where you hold tension, where you feel alive, tender, or weary. Through breathwork, grounding touch, and spacious guided rest, you’ll begin to settle the nervous system and reconnect with your emotions in a way that feels safe and supported.

This first half of the workshop is about getting back in touch your body — creating the internal conditions for honesty, vulnerability, and creativity to arise. Rather than rushing toward expression, we pause, arrive, and prepare the soil.

From here, Daisy will guide you into a therapeutic exploration using watercolours, helping you give shape, texture, and colour to what you’ve discovered within. Together you’ll explore the heart, mind, and body through brush and pigment — a process that is less about creating “art” and more about meeting yourself truthfully.

You'll be invited into your painting with gentle prompts, weaving in both poetry and offering space for reflection, for whatever emerges. Much like yoga, it becomes less about what it looks like and more about how it feels to you. Evoking joy, self-love and letting go through creativity.

This workshop is for anyone curious about slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and expressing what’s usually left unspoken. You don’t need any prior experience with yoga, meditation, or painting — just bring an open heart.

All paints will be provided, but if you want to bring your own, you are of course welcome to.
