Relax body and mind with a candlelit practice.

You can use your usual class passes.

About the class

Suitable for all levels. A slower but stronger form of yoga. You’ll hold each pose until you deepen your stretch and feel your body unwind. There will be breathing techniques and meditation to relax the mind and body.

Bring your mat, a blanket, warm layers and your water bottle.

** PRACTICAL BITS **

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.

Please note workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously, we will take account of exceptional circumstances. If you have chosen to pay in instalments, payments to completion will still be due.
