Join us on an immersive yin yoga journey, as we take 3 hours to really release and connect with our minds and bodies. Step away from the noise and into the quiet, as we explore a range of poses and breathwork, targeting the fascia while making space for mental clarity and emotional release.
About Kat:
Kat is a 500hr yoga teacher based in Cheltenham, offering a range of classes from vinyasa to yin yoga at the OrangeYoga studio and locally. A yoga therapy trainee, she is interested in the mechanics of the body and how to make yoga really work for you and your body. When not teaching yin yoga, she can be found using her yang on the hockey pitch as the captain for Cheltenham ladies 3s.

Wear and bring -
Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.

Cancellations -
Please note workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously we will take account of exceptional circumstances. If you have chosen to pay in instalments, payments to completion will still be due.
If we need to cancel a workshop in exceptional circumstances, we'll notify you as soon as we can and refund you the full amount.
