Suitable for everyone. Slower, meditative and deeply relaxing. In Yin we hold seated and lying stretches for 2-6 minutes to allow deep tissues within our body to be stretched, giving the body, mind and heart time to fully release.
** PRACTICAL BITS **
Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
