About the class

Chronic pain impacts 30% of the UK population. In this workshop Alison will cover what causes chronic pain, some of the common misconceptions about pain, and why movement is so important.

She will share tips on how to handle situations that may arise in the yoga studio. And introduce some aspects of mindfulness and the role it can play in the management of pain.

** PRACTICAL BITS **

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
