About the class

Inspired by ancient Chinese Taoist practices, Yin is a slow and meditative form of yoga enabling you to cultivate balance in the body and mind.

Through holding postures for a longer period of time, Yin accesses the deeper layers of fascia in the body and can improve flexibility and mobility in the joints.

This 4-week beginners course is designed for those who are new to Yin and aims to develop your practice, introduce you to Qi (Chi), the meridians and other elements of Yin philosophy.
