Yin yoga is a floor-based, gentle paced practice that can allow you to slow down, de-stress and relax, whilst improving flexibility and reducing tension in the body.
It involves holding poses for longer periods and this helps reshape the deep tissue enabling the body to realign and heal itself.
Yin provides an opportunity to discover or rediscover a sense of stillness in body and mind, something that some of us find tricky when life gets busy and hectic!
All ages and abilities are very welcome.
Bring a yoga mat, your water bottle and wear warm layers that you can move freely in.
These courses are kindly led by our newly-qualified teachers. You get to learn yoga, they get to find their feet as teachers.

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.

Please note workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously, we will take account of exceptional circumstances. If you have chosen to pay in instalments, payments to completion will still be due.
